About Leo-Cedarville, IN - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Leo-Cedarville, Indiana is a small town located in Allen County. Approximately 3,600 people reside here, and they have adopted the town motto of “a sense of community.” Formerly two separate villages, Leo-Cedarville were incorporated together in 1996 so that the two towns couldn’t be annexed by nearby Fort Wayne. There are two elementary schools, and older students will complete their secondary education at the Leo Junior/Senior High School.

While there may not be any major attractions in Leo-Cedarville, there are several local businesses found here. Golfers might like to play a round at Cedar Creek Golf Club, while antique hunters might like to search through the inventory at The Olde Church Shoppes. Residents in need of a new look might want to check out Renee’s Hair Salon or Curves for Women. There are also many delicious restaurants in the town, including East of Chicago Pizza, Leo Café, and Liechty Buffalo Ranch.

Typical of a humid continental climate zone, the Leo-Cedarville area features hot and humid summers with frequent precipitation. When temperatures reach into the 80s, locals will feel grateful to have a central air conditioning system at home. Residents can enjoy some big benefits by upgrading to a central air conditioning system, including increased comfort, better air quality, and low noise levels.

Climate controls are a necessity during winters in the Leo-Cedarville area. Temperatures will quickly drop below freezing overnight, and there are many days in which highs fail to even reach the mid-30s. Snowfall is moderate with an average of 34 inches of accumulation each year, and without the right climate controls at home, dangerous conditions could result. A high energy gas or electric furnace – specifically, one with an AFUE rating of at least 80% - will offer Leo-Cedarville residents many benefits. Among the top include improved air flow and a long-lasting system, which will help to maximize the homeowner’s investment.
