One day my ac decided to just stop working when it felt like it, and I couldn't figure out why. Fire and ice sent out a guy that was very easy to talk to and showed me the issue. Turns out my ac system had a faulty capacitor.

I've been using Fire & Ice in Huntertown for over a decade, and couldn't be happier. They have always gotten us taken care of quickly at a good price. From a AC system out in the middle of the summer, to a new heating system when our old one died in the winter of 2019. Their staff and management have always been helpful and courteous. My overall experience was excellent for the purchase and install of our new hvac system. Our installer Mike did a great job installing and was very patient with the million questions I always have. Our salesman Jim was not pushy and very up front with all the cost. The overall price was extremely good and was pleased to stay with the Carrier Brand. First met Mike 18 yrs ago when in need of furnace and a.c.. Played the phone game with other companies, pricing and estimates. Mike came out, offered good products and low prices. Being in need again, I played the same game,and when i called Mike he not only remembered me, but where I lived. once again he offered top brand product, at lower competitive prices. 2 days before said delivery date, Mike called to tell me the AC couldn't be delivered and updated me to a better unit, NO COST to me.2 days later the furnace and AC were installed. Next time i'm ready, I will call Mike, the rest can take a hike. Call and find out for yourself

Recently scheduled routine annual AC service for May 26. Prior to the scheduled time the technician called to let me know he was on the way. Service was performed in timely and efficient manner. I signed up for the annual service plan for AC and heating and heartedly recommend the company.

We recently bought an Air/Heating Unit that would work in our bonus room above the garage and our upstairs. The upstairs would always be impossible to cool with our air conditioner, and it would be too hot for the kids to sleep on warm nights. This unit has been awesome! We turn it on before bed, and it is instantly cooled off. No more complaints from the kids at bedtime.

Excellent service. David and Dalton were very professional, and done a fantastic job installing our central Air. They were on time, worked hard and got the job done . I can't say enough about how GREAT the service is. I would recommend Fire and Ice to ALL our friends and family.

Mike serviced our furnace. He arrived on time and was very professional. He explained other services we might be interested in but was not high pressure. We renewed our service contract for a/c and furnace cleaning. We will recommend them to our neighbors.

Our furnace went out sometime during the early morning on a snowy Sunday. We called and Russ showed up just a couple hours later. He didn’t have the part we needed but he got the furnace going again. He came back 2 days later with the part and repaired it quickly. We will keep using Fire and Ice.
