Our team would provide HVAC system installations according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Fire and Ice Heating/Cooling truly cares for their employees.

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Scale: $24 – $30 per hour

Sign on Bonus

Qualifications:

• Journeyman 3+ years of experience
• NATE certified or acquire NATE certification within 6 months of employment
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagram and blueprints
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment
• Advanced customer service skills – must be personable & posess good customer relation skills
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Must be skilled on new construction and retrofits
• Allen County License (preferred but not required)
• Observe all company procedures and safety rules
• Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction

Our team would provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Fire and Ice Heating/Cooling truly cares for their employees.

Work start and end time: 8am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Scale: $24 – $33 per hour

Qualifications needed for this position:

• Experience 2 – 5 years preferred but not essential
• Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure the job is done correctly the first time
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagram and blueprints
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replacement decisions
• Advanced customer service skills – must be personable & posess good customer relation skills
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Must be willing to help with installs if needed
• Observe all company procedures and safety rules
• Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
