Your Investment In Our HVAC Service Agreement Includes:

Having your system checked regularly by enables us to keep your unit running as efficiently as possible, which saves you money on your utility bill month after month. These regular check-ups also enables us to catch problems such as loose or burnt wires, and freon leaks, before they lead to a larger problem such as motor failure.

When you have an emergency, you can rest assured Fire & Ice Heating / Cooling…WILL BE THERE! Our commitment to program customers means we will have a technician to your door within 24 hours of calling our office.

Example of savings:  if the cost of a blower motor replacement was $400, you would save $40 on the repair.

All of our labor services are warranted for 30 days. If you have a problem within 30 days of service, there will be no charge to come back out and diagnose the problem. We stand behind our work.

Dirty coils reduce efficiency and cause your unit to work harder, causing parts to wear out faster, and shorten the life expectancy of your unit. Your unit will cost you more month after month on your utility bill if the coils are not kept clean. Test performed by the EPA explain that as little as 1/10th of a centimeter of dirt or dust on a coil could reduce efficiency by 21%. Since the average homeowner’s heating and cooling bill is $1,500 per year, a 21% loss in efficiency means you could be wasting up to $315 each year. Additional charges may apply.

With most service companies you can expect to pay a trip charge up to $100.00. Our program customers do not have this added expense when they have a service problem.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! This morning I woke up to a freezing cold house! We have had a lot of snow that past couple of days, and it’s just been super cold out. I live in a much older home and the furnace really hasn’t gotten much love in love time.. but in the past I have been able to fix the issue myself, not knowing anything about furnaces or how they work. But waking up to a freezing house in the dead of winter with my teen locked in under her blankets, I knew I needed help. I had seen Fire & Ice’s work trucks around town before and I remembered their logo, so I looked them up to get a quote and called. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and quote me $79 to diagnose the issue. She said she could have someone out in the next couple of hours. I said I’d take it because I didn’t know if anyone else had such a short wait time!
Then came my hero! Kyle called me and let me know when he was about 30 or so minutes away. He came in and immediately put booties on his feet so as not to track dirt and snow inside. I told him my issue and showed him the furnace. He immediately got to work.
Kyle was able to clean out the pilot light assembly and replace some wiring, then lit the pilot light. He was super kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Being a single mom, of course I had to call my dad to let him know what was going on, and Kyle explained everything to him, along with a suggestion of what type of carbon monoxide detector I should have. He had to go out to his truck to get his computer for the payment, and each time he walked outside, he removed his booties before exiting, and put them back on before coming inside. I’m very very pleased with Kyle’s work and professionalism! In no time, the heat was back up and running again! Very very satisfied customer, give this man a raise! I will definitely be calling Fire and Ice back for any future issues. Thank you, Fire and Ice, for bringing back the heat!!!

I had Fire and Ice come out to install a through the roof vent for my range hood vent. They were professional and friendly. They completed the job, it looks great and my range vent works amazing with the new line. The techs knew exactly what to do concerning my job requirements. Highly recommended. Very easy to work with.
